Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Manager to shape the future and lead delivery of our Acute services. As a key member of the directorate leadership team, you will have an integral role in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the Acute services.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure day‑to‑day delivery of designated clinical services and performance monitoring against patient outcomes, metrics, measures and targets.
* Accountable for making sure that the Trust’s strategy is executed locally and that standards of safety are maintained at all times.
* Ensure delivery of high‑quality patient care consistent with the values of the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience
You will need to have a proven track record of accomplishment in service improvement and innovative practice to continue to drive the Acute services agenda forwards, the ability to support colleagues to deliver the best services possible, and experience of community/inpatient working and community/inpatient networking would also be desirable.
Research & Development
You’ll play an active role in shaping our research agenda. We support staff to publish, present at conferences, and collaborate with internal and external research partners.
