Key responsibilities include: - Meeting the estimating requirements of designated projects. - Collaborating closely with contracts management to ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards. - Presenting bids based on site data. - Re-negotiating pricing for equipment or materials as necessary. - Ensuring financial accuracy of designated tenders. - Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. - Working with the Estimator's and pre con team to enhance processes and procedures. In this role, you will prepare procurement packages for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive and accurate quotes. You will also support clients with budgeting and seek negotiated and repeat business.
