Due to increasing student numbers, our Construction, Engineering, and Green Skills department is expanding. We are seeking a dynamic Construction Technician to support our continued success.

Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Supporting lecturers across various trade areas such as Bricklaying, Carpentry, Plastering, Plumbing, Interior Systems, and Multi-skills
* Preparing training materials like render, mortar, and plaster
* Ordering and monitoring materials and stock rotation
* Checking deliveries and managing storage
* Disposing of waste materials appropriately
* Basic machinery maintenance (training provided)
* Securing storage areas and loading bays
* Coordinating external maintenance services
* Occasional supervision of learners and visitors
Candidate requirements:
* Knowledge of relevant codes of practice and health & safety regulations
* Experience maintaining safety standards
* Approachable with a positive attitude
* Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of working independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
