An Electrical Maintenance Engineer is required to join their highly skilled team as soon as possible.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Maintain, repair, and fault-find on plant and machinery using various maintenance disciplines.
* Contribute to machine efficiency and development programs using existing maintenance schemes and CI methodologies, including 5 Why analysis.
* Complete preventative maintenance inspections and identify and implement action plans to prevent recurring faults.
* Perform risk assessments and equipment isolation procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a maintenance technician in a busy, high-volume manufacturing environment. Recognized apprenticeship in a suitable discipline and ideally educated to HNC level.
* Electrically biased with experience in both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
* Experience in fault finding and repairs in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, servicing and repairing gearboxes and large mechanical equipment, and workshop skills including welding, fabrication, and use of workshop equipment such as a lathe, milling machine, and pillar drill.
