We're now looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing creative team. This is an opportunity to influence the look, feel, and usability of projects that make a genuine impact.
The Role
As our UX/UI Designer, you'll bridge creativity with functionality. You'll work alongside developers, product managers, and clients to design intuitive, engaging, and visually striking digital experiences.
Your role won't just be about creating screens, it will be about understanding users, solving problems, and crafting design systems that bring consistency and delight across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights.
* Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
* Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
* Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and clients.
* Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
* Balance creativity with functionality, ensuring designs are user-centred and accessible.
What We're Looking ForMust-Have
* Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (portfolio required).
* Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
* Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility standards.
* Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale.
* A collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience with motion design or microinteractions.
* Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* Previous experience in an agency or consulting environment.
* Knowledge of analytics tools and how data informs design decisions.
