Job Description
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for support of the Project Management team and implementation of new and existing program processes, the coordination of cross‑functional department roles and deliverables, and the effective communication of task status to the Project Managers and creative team.
RESPONSIBLITIES
* Keep accurate notes during client and status meetings and disseminate to the project Management and Creative teams
* Organise, track, and distribute project assets
* Coordinate and schedule meetings as directed by the Project Managers
* Disseminate project calendars and other project‑related information to the team as directed by the Project Managers
* Keep updated availability and booking information for creative team members including designers, animators, editors and writers
* Assist in final element delivery to clients
* Help track project team hours and deliver reports to Project and Account Managers
* Ensure that projects are wrapped according to protocol and the Marketing/PR team has needed assets
* Attend regular project meetings to be advised on and prepare for new incoming work
* Ensure all projects are set up appropriately including job codes, project folders, asset trackers
* Draft initial project timelines in accordance with client milestones and internal resource in collaboration with the Project Managers
* Prepare documentation that reports internal creative resources and communicate this with Account and Project Managers
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
* Relevant project management qualifications and experience
* Highly organised; capable of prioritising and handling multiple projects simultaneously and under tight timelines
* Excellent communication skills
* Must have excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
* A self‑starter who can work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Previous experience with Creative / design workflows
