Working closely with the Sales & Events Team, Operations, and Marketing teams, you will proactively manage enquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and ensure every guest experience reflects the energy, precision, and premium standards of the Poolhouse brand. This is a hands-on, high-energy role suited to someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering memorable experiences from first enquiry through to event completion.
