Are you a commercially focused Building Surveyor who enjoys owning instructions, dealing with clients, and working on varied, high-quality projects?
The Role
You’ll be trusted to operate autonomously and commercially, delivering:
Commercial building surveys
Dilapidations & technical due diligence
️ Refurbishment & fit-out projects
️ Contract administration
Full client-facing responsibility
Mentoring junior surveyors (APC exposure a bonus)
Who They’re Looking For
Strong commercial building surveying background
Consultancy experience preferred
Confident, client-facing, commercially aware
Senior or strong Intermediate ready to step up
Based in the North West or happy to commute
Ambition to progress to Associate level
