What’s in the role and what are we looking for? This is an exciting opportunity to work with Ladieswear team in our Technology department. The main purpose of the role will be to work in Ladieswear, which will include all daily duties and to be a supportive role within the Technology department, helping with all administrative duties. The key accountabilities of the role will be to: Manage the intake of samples Assess/measure samples in preparation for fit sessions Attend fit sessions with the Technologist and Buyers, taking clear concise notes and relaying these back to suppliers in the UK/Offshore Manage the critical path, chasing UK and offshore suppliers, ensuring critical path dates are met, with approval of product for the required production date Ensure all products comply with current legislation and Safety Standards The Successful Candidate will need: Enthusiasm and determination, with a passion for Garment Technology Team spirit and a positive attitude Confidence in communicating, in order to maintain a strong working relationship with all departments and suppliers Strong MS Office Excel skills A Self Starter approach to the role with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Attention to detail Coral Draw/Adobe illustrator skills (desirable but not essential) What’s on offer?
