Salary: £90–£100 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and inclusive school in Shipley.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEND needs
* Support pupils on ECHP’s
* Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to ensure pupils are fully supported
* Promote independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in pupil
This role is ideal for
* Teaching assistants with SEND experience
* Graduates with a background in psychology, education, or child development
* Individuals with experience in care, youth work, or mentoring
Requirements
* Experience working with children with SEND
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
