Endeavour Law is expanding its Family Law, Private Client and Conveyancing teams, and we are seeking a motivated and capable Paralegal / Trainee Solicitor to join our growing firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPC graduate (or near completion) looking to gain high-quality, hands-on experience within a supportive and ambitious team.
You will support fee earners across a range of matters and will have direct client exposure from the outset.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing incoming and outgoing client enquiries
* Handling client correspondence and documentation
* Assisting with the progression of client matters
* Supporting fee earners with day-to-day file management
* Conducting telephone consultations where appropriate
* Maintaining accurate case management records

Job Specifics:
* National Minimum Wage (with review potential based on performance)
* 40 hours per week
* Core hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
* Some late shifts required during the week (until 9pm)
* Weekend work will be required as the firm continues to grow
This is primarily an on-site role, with some flexibility for remote working where appropriate.
Training Contracts available.
