Bow Hospitality is looking for a General Manager to come on board in our 4 floor converted town house, Saint Judes on Bath Street in the City Centre. This unit has 4 floors, including main bar and restaurant, nightclub with function availability, 2 main function rooms and a karaoke room. The scope of the venue would suit an experienced multi-site, or hotel manager as the role includes developing and attracting sales to the venue as well as managing and motivating a strong team.
Day to day responsibilities will include the following:
· Work with the sales team to maximise bookings and functions in rooms.
· Provide support to the head chef to manage cost of sales and drive profit
· Work with marketing department to effectively promote the unit via social media
· Ensure the standards are kept high at all time and staff are well trained.
· Ensure the operation runs smoothly and is well staffed
· Manage all health and safety and licensing within the unit.
· Manage all unit KPI's within agreed budgets using our online systems
The ideal candidate would have at least 4 years of management experience in a similar venue.
