Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Capital Works Manager to join our Asset Management team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to lead the strategic planning, delivery and financial management of Raven’s capital investment programmes, supporting the Head of Asset Management to ensure our assets are maintained and improved in line with the Homes Plan whilst supporting corporate objectives, enhancing customer experience and upholding compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Contract Management to ensure works are delivered on time and on budget
* Financial oversight of our capital investment programmes
* Input into the stock condition programme, meeting the survey target and the audit of data collected
* Ensuring compliance with obligations under Section 20 consultation, Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and H&S of design and delivery teams, contractors and consultants.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
* Extensive experience delivering capital investment programmes within housing, construction, or property sectors.
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing large capital budgets and aligning investment with strategic asset management goals.
* In-depth knowledge of stock condition surveying, lifecycle modelling, and asset planning tools.
* Proven leadership and people management experience with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
