<div><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a motivated and proactive Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our integrated therapy team. The role involves delivering an effective, patient‑centred service, supporting individuals to maximise independence through high‑quality assessment and intervention.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive functional assessments</li><li>Plan and deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes</li><li>Support safe discharge planning and promote independence</li><li>Work closely within an integrated therapy team, collaborating with Physiotherapists, Technical Instructors and the wider multidisciplinary team</li><li>Maintain accurate clinical records</li><li>Contribute to service improvement initiatives</li></ul><h3>Working Pattern</h3><p>Service hours are Monday to Friday 08:00‑18:00 and weekends/bank holidays 08:00‑16:00. Flexible shift working is required.</p><h3>Additional Requirements</h3><p>Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.
