THE ROLE: As Territory Manager, you'll manage key NHS & Private hospital relationships, selling to surgeons, consultants, theatre managers/nurses and procurement. A balanced focus on account growth and new business, with full product training and realistic, exciting earning potential.
THE COMPANY: International orthopaedic manufacturer with 25+ years' heritage. Portfolio includes fixation, hip & knee reconstruction and biologics. Highly regarded brand seeking a driven theatre/medical sales professional to grow the South Wales & South West region.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years NHS hospital sales experience. Strong, stable track record in theatre sales preferred. High energy, technically credible and prepared for a practical kit test at interview.
THE PACKAGE:
· Basic: £45,000-£55,000
· Commission: £24-27k
· Car: Company car or £800 allowance
· Benefits: Healthcare, pension, laptop, 28 days holiday (rising to 33) + stats
