Responsibilities The Home and Electronics Strategy team's goal is to build strategies to support Home and Electronics merchants' growth. This includes policy building, data analysis, merchant management and special projects. Our team is constantly reinventing how we do things to meet the demands of our internal stakeholders and external clients. We are looking for a results-driven and strategic ads strategist to take full ownership of ad revenue performance in the Home & Living and 3C industries. This role requires strong planning capabilities, a data-first mindset, and deep understanding of advertising operations to drive sustainable growth through effective target setting, strategic execution, close cooperation with category CM&AMs and cross-functional collaboration with the ads team and GBS team. Key Responsibilities 1. Ads Revenue Planning & Goal Setting - Top-down and bottom-up quarterly ad revenue targets based on industry trends, margin, take rate, ROAS etc. - Break down goals into actionable metrics across key merchants and align the goals with CM&AMs. 2. Resource Mobilization & Incentive Design - Leverage internal resources, platform policies, and incentive programs to stimulate merchant advertising demand; - Work closely with CM&AMs to increase advertising penetration and incentive engagement. 3. Advertising Performance Monitoring & Optimization - Track key ad performance metrics (attainment rate, ROAS, TR etc.) and identify underperformance risks in real-time; - Propose and execute optimization strategies based on data analysis and industry knowledge to improve ad efficiency. 4. Insights & Analysis - Regularly produce performance reviews, category ad insights, and merchant growth analyses; - Provide optimization suggestions for different advertising products/tools according to different merchants 5. Training - Provide training to CMAM to enhance their ads understanding and ads operation capabilities; Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Understanding, interest or exposure to TikTokShop and eCommerce - Experience in digital advertising, platform-side monetization, or e-commerce ad; - Familiar with various ad tech tools; - Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights; Preferred Qualifications - Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical experience - Ability to self-motivate and prioritise work - Experience or proven interest in working with eCommerce - Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong ownership mentality.
