About Job:
Your primary role will be to enhance the visibility and utilization of CliniMed Limited's comprehensive range, encompassing Stoma devices, Urology and Continence products, and Wound Care items, as well as SecuriCare (Medical) Limited's Home Delivery Service across all Hospital and Community channels and Wholesale avenues. You will assume responsibility for effectively managing and optimizing performance within your designated territory.
Aligned with key performance indicators agreed upon with your Line Manager, you will strive to meet targets, drive sales, and engage in proactive customer interactions. Your role will entail staying vigilant to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our market presence further.
Timely submission of territory performance reports, competitor assessments, and updates on promotional endeavors will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities, ensuring transparency and accountability in your activities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Remain vigilant to identify and capitalize on opportunities for expanding our market share.
* Conduct professional and structured sales presentations, showcasing product features and benefits.
* Continuously measure success through sales data against territory targets, including patient adoption onto our Home Delivery Service.
* Optimize selling time with customers by efficiently navigating Hospital and primary care areas, minimizing travel time.
* Meet daily call rate requirements with customers on territory.
* Develop a journey plan ensuring regular face-to-face or virtual visits to customers and potential users, delivering top-tier service standards.
* Always represent the company ethically and professionally.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitors' products and effective selling strategies against them.
* Uphold impeccable personal presentation standards consistently.
* Maintain accurate territory records and ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks.
* Implement directed strategies and tactics, maintaining agreed-upon business plans with your line manager.
* Collaborate with local SecuriCare SCN’s and nurse bases to organize joint activities maximizing product and Home Delivery Service (HDS) usage.
* Partner with local ISC Clinics and specialist clinic teams to optimize product and HDS usage.
* Attend exhibitions and open days within and outside the territory as needed.
* Proactively identify and report any changes in the procurement landscape to management.
* Provide market information beneficial to the company's strategies.
* Ensure all company equipment is maintained in excellent condition.
* Fulfil any special duties as requested from time to time.
About You:

Essential:
* Proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Demonstrated proficiency in face-to-face sales engagements, consistently meeting daily call quotas.
* Background in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical sales, or clinical expertise.
* Experience engaging with NHS, Hospitals, community stakeholders, and key opinion leaders.
* Familiarity with the evolving NHS landscape, including Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, consistently delivering exceptional service.
* Customer-centric approach with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Analytical thinker with a natural curiosity.
* Understanding of budget management principles.
* Proactive and self-starting, demonstrating initiative in various situations.
* Valid Driving License

* Proficient in managing expansive territories effectively.
