The Role The General Manager – Taxi Licensing manages the contractual relationship and operational delivery of services for one or more accounts, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and EBITDAO budgets are met. Acting as the primary client contact, you will maintain operational control, lead teams and subcontractors, deliver client satisfaction, identify opportunities for business growth, and implement innovative ways to deliver services efficiently.
