Job Overview

Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $103,500.00/yr.

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required.
* 3-5 years of property management or maintenance experience.
* Basic arithmetic and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely, and to lift up to 60 pounds.
* Valid driver’s license and compliance with company vehicle policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and janitorial personnel.
* Manage community maintenance needs, including vendor negotiations and contract management.
* Oversee work order system and customer service requests.
* Manage apartment turnovers and preventative maintenance programs.
* Develop and monitor maintenance budget.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and safety standards.
