Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Nurse Manager to join their stunning, purpose-built luxury nursing home. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Clinical Lead Nurse or existing Deputy Nurse Manager with strong knowledge of CQC standards and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a supportive, inclusive setting.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), requiring a valid UK driving licence and access to a car due to the home’s location.
What You’ll Need
* RGN or RMN qualified, with a valid NMC pin
* Previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager in a nursing home setting
* Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and inspection frameworks
* Experience in residential, nursing, or dementia care
* Excellent clinical, leadership, and communication skills
* A genuine passion for person-centred care
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Home Manager in running the home to the highest clinical and operational standards
* Provide leadership to the nursing and care teams, acting as a role model and mentor
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines
* Oversee care planning, risk assessments, medication administration, and safeguarding
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for residents and staff
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
* Lead on audits, staff supervision, and development initiatives
