As the new quality engineer, you'll mainly be responsible for liaising with customers but also suppliers by managing all aspects of NCR's and Quality resolutions. This position will build relationships with the external contacts and work with them to resolve any quality issues. This role will then work closely with the internal quality team to carry out root cause analysis and resolution. Relevant experience for this role would include previous quality engineering with a recognised qualification. This is a senior role and is heavily focused around external communication, however you don't necessarily have to have previous client facing experience as they are happy to support someone with a can do mentality who is willing to take a step up. Motorsport industry knowledge is a distinct advantage, not only as it will enable you to understand the pace of the work but if it is your interest then it will be a cool place for you to work! Also their Quality standards are high and they have some specific requirements for each clients, documentation such as FAIR and PPAP and various ISO and EN reporting standards.
