Learning Technology and Content Manager

As our Learning Technology & Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing, developing, and delivering engaging learning experiences through digital platforms across Sysco GB. Your focus will be on creating and curating high-quality learning content that enhances both digital and in-person experiences. You’ll ensure our Learning Management System (LMS) operates smoothly, maintain the quality of materials, and foster relationships with both internal and external learning suppliers. Additionally, you will support reporting and budget management to drive efficient and impactful learning for all Sysco GB colleagues. This is a home-based role, but be prepared for occasional travel to meet the needs of the business, which may include overnight stays. Key Responsibilities
Manage the LMS:
Collaborate with our Global and European teams to ensure the LMS platform is available, user-friendly, and performing optimally for GB colleagues. Content Curation:
Maintain and evolve user structures, course libraries, and learning pathways while monitoring the effectiveness of digital content. Support Talent Development:
Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to upload, assign, and track learning, providing scalable end-user support. Design Engaging Materials:
Collaborate with SMEs to create high-quality learning materials, applying instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Supplier Management:
Liaise with external learning providers and manage onboarding and contracts for third-party suppliers. Budget Administration:
Own the learning budget, track spending, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced learning professional with: A strong background in managing Learning Management Systems like Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or SuccessFactors. Deep knowledge of learning technologies and digital learning tools, along with hands-on experience in content creation or instructional design. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines effectively. Strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial tracking. Experience in large, complex organizations, allowing you to navigate challenges with professionalism. What We Offer
