**Care Assistant**
Join our team at Woodside Hall, a luxury Care Home situated in a picturesque setting at New Road, Wootton Bridge. We are currently seeking compassionate individuals to fill the role of Care Assistant and contribute to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
**Job Summary:**
As a Care Assistant at Woodside Hall, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work alongside a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist residents with daily activities such as personal care, mobilising, and meeting nutritional needs.
* Provide individualized care tailored to each resident's needs.
* Foster a warm and welcoming environment that promotes the well-being of residents.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure coordinated care delivery.
* To enhance the quality of life for residents through engaging activities and social interactions.
**Experience:**
* Prior experience in home care or care home settings is advantageous, but not essential.
* Proficiency in basic IT skills for documentation and training purposes.
* Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with residents and team members.
* Ability to follow care plans accurately and adapt to changing needs.
This position offers 24 to 36 hours per week on a permanent contract with shifts from 7.30 am to 1.30 pm and 1.30 pm to 7.30 pm. We provide competitive pay starting at £12.50 per hour with £2.25 per hour additional weekend supplements and Bank holiday pay supplements of £6.25 per hour. Opportunities to work overtime at £14.15 per hour.
