Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Operator due to continued growth to join their team.
Role Summary
You will be responsible for programming and operating HAAS CNC mills and lathes using ONE CNC CAD/CAM software, as well as operating an XYZ 3-axis mill. The role also includes manual machining and toolmaker-type work on conventional machines.
Main Duties
* Program and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes using ONE CNC CAD/CAM.
* Set and operate an XYZ 3-axis mill.
* Use manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders); toolmaker experience preferred.
* Work to engineering drawings and tight tolerances.
* Inspect parts using standard measuring equipment.
Requirements
* Proven CNC programming and operating experience.
* ONE CNC CAD/CAM experience (essential).
* Experience with HAAS machines and XYZ 3-axis milling (desirable).
* Able to use manual machinery.
* Right to work in the UK.
