Your Role as an Adult Nurse Manager
In this role, you will:
1. Provide face-to-face support to adult clients and their families
2. Develop tailored care plans to meet individual client needs
3. Train and support carers in delivering safe and effective care
4. Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners
5. Oversee nursing interventions, including medicine management
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN
2. Experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care (within the last 2 years)
3. A supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others
4. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with patients, families, and MDTs
5. Experience managing HCAs or community-based nursing teams
