We are currently looking for experienced, dynamic & driven Seasonal bar staff to join our venues! If you are confident, proactive and passionate about hospitality, people and creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
Please note: This role requires flexibility and late working hours.
The role: As a Lucky Voice Barback, you will be our bartender's essential assistant and the backbone of bar operations. Your focus will be on the behind-the-scenes tasks that will allow the bartenders to concentrate on making drinks and interacting with customers, who are often busy singing or getting ready to sing!
About you:
* You have at least 1 year of bartending experience
* You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* You have a solid understanding of the industry and stay up to date with current trends and best practices.
* You bring energy, positivity and a sense of fun to the workplace, making both your team and customers feel welcome and valued.
Key responsibilities
* Restock & Reclaim: Keeping the ice full, shelves and fridges stocked, and garnishes fresh.
* Glassware Guru: Washing, polishing, and putting away glass faster than a power ballad can hit its high note.
* Cleanliness Champion: Maintaining a spotless bar area, back-of-house, and floor.
