Account Manager | Remote | £50k plus bonus | SaaS | Proptech
We are partnering with a market leading SaaS business transforming how social housing providers manage repairs, compliance and field operations across the UK.
Their platform supports the full lifecycle of field service management, from intelligent scheduling and mobile workforce tools through to compliance, asset tracking and resident communication. It is deeply embedded within their clients, and expansion within existing accounts is a major growth lever.
They are now building their Account Management function from scratch and hiring an Account Manager to play a pivotal role. This is a commercially driven account management position. Retention matters, but upsell and expansion are absolutely key. You will be expected to identify new revenue streams within existing clients, build multi threaded relationships and convert opportunity into ARR growth.
You will:
* Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts with a clear upsell target
* Proactively identify cross sell and expansion opportunities across a complex SaaS product
* Lead Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews with a commercial agenda
* Drive Net Revenue Retention through structured account planning
To be considered, you must:
* Be operating in a SaaS Account Management role with upsell responsibility
* Have experience selling into existing accounts and growing ARR
* Be comfortable managing complex, configurable software
* Ideally have exposure to PropTech or public sector technology
* Be able to travel to client sites on a frequent basis
The product is strong. The market demand is established. The leadership team is serious about scaling revenue through their existing customer base.
They need someone commercially sharp, confident in front of Director and C Suite stakeholders, and motivated by expansion revenue as much as relationship management.
Remote UK based, with quarterly travel to Exeter.
Base salary up to £50,000 with a £75,000 OTE.
