This is what you'll be doing
As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of customer relationships and play a key role in driving both customer satisfaction and commercial growth.
Managing a portfolio of existing B2B customers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the customer lifecycle
Building strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs, industry challenges, and technical requirements
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through new projects, upselling, and cross-selling relevant products or services
Working closely with internal teams such as engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure customer requirements are delivered accurately and on time
Supporting commercial activity including quotations, pricing discussions, forecasting, and general account planningThis is what you'll bring to the team
To be successful as an Account Manager, you'll bring a mix of commercial awareness, communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role within a B2B environment
An interest in technical, manufacturing, or engineered products, with the ability to learn and understand specifications
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both internally and externally
A proactive approach with the confidence to manage multiple accounts and priorities
