Are you ready to take on exciting projects and progress your career in a supportive, forward-thinking consultancy? We're working with a multi-disciplinary consultancy in London who are looking for an Experienced Town Planner to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
As a Town Planner, you will be working on a wide range of developments across London, from residential schemes to complex mixed-use projects. You will be preparing and submitting applications and appeals, liaising with clients and local authorities, and providing clear planning advice from start to finish.
Qualifications
* MRTPI qualified (or working towards it)
* Experienced in town planning, ideally within consultancy
* Confident preparing planning applications, appeals, and reports
* Skilled at building strong client and stakeholder relationships
What’s on offer
* £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
