What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the day‑to‑day management of a mixed commercial property portfolio
* Preparing and overseeing service charge budgets and reconciliations
* Managing rent collection, arrears, lease events and landlord/tenant matters
* Carrying out property inspections and ensuring full compliance
* Coordinating contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
* Identifying and delivering asset management initiatives
* Building strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders
* Producing clear, high‑quality client reporting
* Providing guidance and support to junior team members
What They're Looking For
* MRICS qualified
* Experience operating at Senior Surveyor or Associate level, or equivalent
* Confident, professional communicator with strong client‑facing ability
* Commercially minded, organised and proactive
* Ambitious individual keen to contribute to team and wider business growth
* Full UK driving licence
Package & Details
* Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
* Car allowance and excellent benefits package
* Full‑time, Monday-Friday
* Flexible / agile working offered
