What to Expect:
The Business Delivery Platform (BDP) team manages the selection, development, and support of tools that facilitate Industrial Operations & Cross Process interactions (Buyers, Suppliers, Engineering Integration). We are modernising our toolset to transform vehicle development, and seek talented individuals to help accelerate this transformation.
Role Overview:
As the Technical Training Lead, you will develop and deliver the BDP training functions, ensuring stakeholders are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills. You will collaborate across functions to improve training programs, enhancing customer satisfaction, service quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and the Super User Network to develop a global training strategy for deployment.
2. Ensure training strategies are relevant across different locations and roles.
3. Maintain relevant and timely training materials to support global delivery.
4. Align training materials with regulations and requirements.
5. Coordinate with Learning and Development teams to update training matrices for new hires, role changes, and refresher trainings.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in Training, Learning, and Development.
* Proven ability to design and execute training within regulated environments.
* Practical experience delivering core and soft skills training to diverse group sizes.
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, customer-focused.
* Experience in developing and leading training initiatives.
