We are working with a large, modern academy in Haringey recruiting for a temporary School Site Manager. This is a senior premises role requiring a candidate who can manage complex facilities and lead a team of assistants with professional precision.

The Role & Responsibilities You will take full accountability for the academy's physical assets, health and safety compliance, and premises budget.
* Strategic Oversight: Managing the school’s long-term maintenance plan and overseeing large-scale capital projects or refurbishments.
* Compliance Management: Ensuring the school is 100% compliant with all statutory health and safety legislation, including asbestos, legionella, and fire safety.
* Team Leadership: Managing a team of caretakers and cleaning staff, coordinating shift patterns and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
* Budgetary Control: Monitoring the premises budget, obtaining competitive quotes from suppliers, and managing service level agreements with external providers.
Salary & Contract Details
* Day Rate: £130 – £150 per day
