What You'll Do:
* Lead and Inspire: Oversee a team managing BTE Legal Expenses Insurance and ancillary product claims, ensuring adherence to FCA regulations while driving excellence.
* Drive Performance: Implement processes that support Consumer Duty outcomes, enhance efficiency, and build strong relationships with brokers and partners.
* Foster Growth: Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages professional development, psychological safety, and employee engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the claims process from start to finish, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
* Continuously improve claims workflows and customer communication, with a focus on Vulnerable Customers.
* Provide guidance and support to your team, addressing escalations and resolving issues efficiently.
* Lead risk management efforts, identifying trends and areas needing action.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proven track record in insurance claims management, especially BTE products.
Skills: Effective team leader with strong communication and organizational skills.
Understanding: Solid grasp of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.
Qualifications: CII certifications (ideally IF1 or R01, IF2, and IF4).
