About the Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver new business revenue and margin targets
2. Build, manage and convert a strong sales pipeline
3. Identify and win new customers through proactive prospecting and networking
4. Lead the full sales process: qualification, solution design, proposal, negotiation and close
5. Prepare and present tenders, proposals and client presentations
6. Work closely with Operations, Finance and Commercial teams to develop tailored solutions
7. Ensure accurate pipeline management and CRM updates
8. Support smooth onboarding and handover to operational teams
