Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a Deputy Manager with bundles of energy and enthusiasm to join our team, so if you have previous experience of leading a team from within either the hospitality or a service led environment and you are looking for a new and rewarding challenge; Perched at the top of Tankerton Slopes, the Royal serves fresh food and drink with amazing panoramic sea views. The restaurant is renowned for delicious British dishes, with a raft of delectable daily specials making the most of local ingredients.
As an ambassador for our brand,
supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of the business, deputising in their absence, and driving the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at site. Assisting the creation of an inclusive culture within the business, you will work closely with the team, leading and developing them whilst ensuring that they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity.
