SMART Repair Technician
Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: £31,500 plus bonus OTE £45,000
SMART Repair Technician Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm NO SATURDAYS

What You'll Do:
As a SMART Repairer, you'll expertly carry out Minor Smart Repairs (Small to Medium Area Repair Techniques) including scratch, scuff, dent repairs, and cosmetic fixes on a variety of vehicles. Your skills will help transform vehicles back to their pristine condition efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills:
Proven experience performing SMART repairs or similar automotive cosmetic repairs
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality craftsmanship
Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
Good knowledge of DIY repair techniques and materials
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Previous experience working within a dealership or automotive body shop
Knowledge of paint matching and blending techniques
Basic understanding of vehicle panels and structures
Previous hands-on experience in SMART repair or similar role
Relevant industry certifications or training in automotive repairs advantageousOther Requirements:
Full driving license (if required for mobile services)
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8am-5.30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
