Hours: 36 hours per week (3 x 12?hour shifts, Days/Nights)
Rate: £12.21 per hour (PAYE)

Role Overview
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support Registered Nurses in delivering safe, compassionate, and person?centred care to patients undergoing structured rehabilitation. The role involves both physical and emotional support, ensuring a high standard of care and a therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Registered Nurses with all elements of clinical care
* Provide physical and emotional support to patients and families
* Assist with patient admissions, observations, and day?to?day care needs
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well?organised clinical environment
* Adhere to Infection Control and Health & Safety policies at all times
* Uphold and promote the 12 Steps to the Patient Community
* Work collaboratively as a flexible and reliable member of the MDT
* Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and colleagues
* Maintain annual Basic Life Support competency
* Engage in ongoing professional development and training
Essential Requirements
* SVQ Level II in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high?quality care
