Job Title: Chef de Partie (Contract Catering)
Location: City of London
Salary: up to £33.800 + Overtime (DOE)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join a leading contract catering company, working with a prestigious corporate client in the City. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated and professional core kitchen team delivering high-quality food across staff dining, grab & go, and occasional hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own section with confidence and consistency
Support the delivery of staff dining and fresh grab & go offerings
Assist with hospitality events when required
Contribute to food preparation, batch cooking, and service
Play an active role in menu planning and development
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety compliance
Gain exposure to kitchen administration, costing, and stock management
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
Ability to manage a section independently in a fast-paced environment
Passion for fresh, high-quality food and modern catering trends
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive team player with a willingness to learn and develop
