The Grounds and Cleaning Team, where this role sits, is within the Property Service of Lancashire County Council and this role will specifically support the many school clients and other organisations that buy in to our Service. The Grounds and Cleaning team are responsible for supporting clients to manage their grounds maintenance and cleaning needs in addition to playground inspections and assisting in procuring contracts for and on behalf of them. This is in addition to support for grounds issues to other corporate buildings ranging from libraries, museums, and care homes.
In the Grounds and Cleaning Team, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, cost-effective service for our clients and are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Area Support Officer to support the delivery of services to our many clients.
