Are you a talented Dispute Resolution Associate with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience looking to join a leading, top-tier law firm? We are working with an award-winning practice near Milton Keynes that is seeking to expand its dynamic and successful Dispute Resolution team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute solicitor to take on high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You will handle a broad caseload including commercial litigation, contract disputes, shareholder issues, professional negligence, and contentious probate matters. You will also play a key role in client relationship management and business development.
Ideal Candidate:
* 2–4 years PQE with solid experience in dispute resolution/litigation
* Strong technical skills and a strategic approach to complex matters
* Ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively in a team
* Commercial awareness and a client-centric mindset
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Salary offering: £55,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience.
