We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property consultancy for a Senior Surveyor to join their Rural & Agency team in Inverness. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified rural surveyor to take on a varied and rewarding role, providing specialist advice across rural valuations, sales, and property consultancy.
About the Role
As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and services to clients across a broad range of rural assets. The role includes:
1. Leading agency and management advice for rural land and property transactions
2. Valuations for sale, letting, secured lending, tax planning, and rental purposes
3. Consultancy on planning, wayleaves, sporting rights, access negotiations, and diversification projects
4. Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
5. Upholding health, safety, and environmental standards
What We're Looking For
6. MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
7. Full UK Driving Licence
8. CAAV membership (desirable)
9. Strong communication and organisational skills
10. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
11. Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
