Role Overview: As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver the national curriculum to a class of pupils, fostering their academic progress, emotional development, and enthusiasm for learning. Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher: Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities. Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback to children and parents. Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour. Work as part of a team to plan cross-curricular activities and contribute to school life. Maintain accurate records in line with school policy and statutory requirements. Requirements for Primary Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS ) is essential. Experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2). Excellent classroom management and organisational skills. A nurturing, resilient, and adaptable teaching approach. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
