This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate interviews available.
The role of the Sales Engineer is to manage and grow customer relationships, drive sales across existing and new accounts, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Sales Engineer Job Overview
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and structured visit plans.
* Maintain and grow sales with existing customers; generate new business.
* Identify opportunities, provide solutions, and negotiate/manage contracts.
* Report market intelligence and update CRM with accurate sales data.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
* Undertake training and personal development to support company growth.
* Travel across the assigned Midlands region; ensure efficient time and territory management.
Sales Engineer Requirements
* Experience in technical or manufacturing sales; belting or materials handling advantageous.
* Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Competent in CRM systems and structured sales reporting.
* Ability to work independently across a large territory.
* Full UK driving licence.
Sales Engineer Salary & Benefits
* £35,000 – £41,000 (depending on experience)
