Shift Details 06:00 - 14:00 £12.71 to £14.21 per hour - Once training has been completed successfully (In this position, you will be required to begin as a line operative) Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support your team Drive production to meet daily targets and product specifications Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and quality Complete accurate records and paperwork using IT/WMS systems Support audits and compliance checks Train and develop new team members Act as a role model for best practices on the shop floor Work alongside your team, hands-on, when needed What We're Looking For: Experience in a production or manufacturing environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Proactive 'can-do' attitude Strong communication and motivational skills Basic IT skills Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role What does the company offer?
