This is an exciting opportunity to take on a busy and varied caseload, with a particular focus on Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and Personal Injury (PI) work. The Role As a Litigation Solicitor, you'll play a key role in the firm's litigation department, managing a diverse caseload with a primary emphasis on RTA and PI claims. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and will benefit from a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities Manage a busy caseload of litigation matters, with a focus on RTA and PI claims. Provide clear, practical, and commercially minded advice to clients. Represent clients effectively in negotiations and at court hearings. Work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure seamless progression of cases. Maintain high standards of client care and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. About You Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation, particularly RTA and PI work. Capable of managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong advocacy and negotiation skills. Excellent client care and communication abilities. Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in delivering high-quality outcomes. A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
