Are you a hands on Toolmaker who loves precision, variety, and the smell of real engineering?
If you’re happiest in a workshop surrounded by serious kit, from vintage 1960s manual machines to brand new CNCs, this could be your next long term home.
This is a fantastic chance to be joining a world class aerospace manufacturer with a proper toolroom. This is the kind where things get hot, heavy, and hands on. It’s a clean but gritty environment. Wel organised and heavily safety driven, but with the black soot and raw atmosphere you’d expect from a working forge. The perfect place for someone who likes to see, hear, and feel the results of their craftsmanship.
They’re constantly growing, investing heavily, and adding fresh machines (and people!) to their toolroom. You’ll join a team that creates tooling from scratch, works with some of the toughest steels on the planet, and supports forging presses including hydraulic and drop hammers up to 12,000 tonnes (the largest in the UK). Expect pride in every project, top tier equipment, and a supportive culture that genuinely invests in your growth.
