Konker is currently recruiting for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a RIBA practice based in rural Somerset/Exmoor. Due to a variety of new projects coming into the practice, they are seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant who is confident working across all RIBA Stages to join them.This practice of 6 has recently become employee-owned, giving you extra benefits as an employee within the business, including a tax-free bonus, subject to profit/personal performance.They work on a wide variety of projects across Devon & Somerset including barn conversions, bespoke new builds, listed & historic buildings plus much more.They will provide mentoring/support for your Part 3 too.The Position: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

* Using Vectorworks (Training Given)
* Liasing with clients and different stakeholders
* Project Management & Contract Administration
* Helping other colleagues in the office
Salary for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant position is between £28,000-£35,000 depending on previous experience.To Be Considered:- Part 2 Architectural Assistant
