Our client is currently recruiting an experienced administrator to join their busy operation in Severn Beach.
Working 4 on 4 off 0800 to 2000, you will play an important part in the administration and communication to customers within the home delivery operation.
Duties will include:-
* Transport Administration
* General Administration and data entry
* Outbound calls to customers to update/rearrange deliveries
* Interacting with delivery drivers both on the phone and face to face
* Debriefing drivers on return from routes
This role is approx. 50% admin and 50% on the phone
This is a temp to perm role where you can secure permanent employment for the right person
