The Role
Reporting to the QA & Compliance Manager, you will ensure GMP compliance across quality systems, supporting deviation management, CAPA effectiveness, batch record review and change control processes. You will also be responsible for two direct reports.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess deviations, incidents, complaints and change controls
- Support root cause investigations and CAPA effectiveness checks
- Review pharmaceutical batch records prior to release
- Conduct quality impact assessments
- Support vendor qualification and GMP compliance activities
- Compile and support Product Quality Review (PQR) reporting
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers on quality issues
About You
- Experience in a QA role within a GMP-regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of GMP and quality systems
- Experience with deviations, investigations and CAPA processes
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or engineering discipline
