We're recruiting for a strategic and creative marketing powerhouse to lead multi-phase product drops across sport and lifestyle categories — online and with retailers. What You'll Do
* Own the brand campaign calendar across seasonal launches and evergreen platforms
* Lead multiple product drops per year, each with bespoke retailer plans, creative assets, and media amplification
* Collaborate with athletes, influencers, and retail partners to bring product stories to life
* Create teaser campaigns (think blacked-out prototypes, controlled leaks, influencer denial) that build hype
* Deliver homepage takeovers, email campaigns, and social activations tailored to each retailer
* Brief and manage creative toolkits, video assets, and product stories that amaze and inform
* Track campaign performance and optimise for reach, engagement, and conversion
* Experiment with AI tools to accelerate content creation and storytelling
You Bring
* 4+ years in brand marketing, ideally in sport, lifestyle, fashion, or FMCG
* A rare blend of strategy, storytelling, and flawless execution
* Experience with ambassador/influencer campaigns and retail partnerships
* Strong creative instincts and comfortable working with social and performance teams
* A sharp eye for brand tone, cultural relevance, and consumer engagement
* Passion for sport or niche consumer cultures is a big plus
